CONROE – BCC Corp. has purchased The Loop, a 188-unit, Class A community at 3400 N. Loop 336 W.
Built in 2017, the eight-building community consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities include swimming pool, dog park, fitness center, and two outdoor grilling stations.
JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, Apartment Advisors Inc., and arranged a ten-year, $16.2 million Fannie Mae loan for the buyer.
