FRISCO, GARLAND – Developer Hines is building two new first-class self-storage projects totaling 167,325 sf.
The Custer Self Storage in Frisco will be in the 4.6-acre Shops at Custer Bridges on Custer Rd. and the Sam Rayburn Tollway. The 76,675-sf building will have 709 climate-controlled units across two stories.
The Jupiter Self-Storage in Garland on 2.5 acres at Jupiter Rd. and Buckingham Rd. will have two three-story buildings totaling 90,650 sf.
Hines manages $94.6 billion in properties across 30 countries with a dozen in North Texas.
