AUSTIN – The Ridge Apartments are expected to be built on five acres along FM 969 just east of Decker Ln., with some of its 250 units priced below market rates.
The future Ridge Apartments site, encompassing addresses 8601, 8609, and 8613 FM 969, is currently occupied by a vacant, 1,400-sf home. The property was valued at just over $300,000 by the Travis Central Appraisal District in 2023.
The apartment complex is being developed by 3423 Investments LLC and MF Austin Ridge LLC.
