HOUSTON – McNair Interests is developing a 371-unit community on five acres at 3001 W 11th St.
The project will be a part of McNair’s planned 46-acre mixed-use development that would repurpose existing 1920s-era factories on adjacent land.
The first phase of the five-story apartment project is slated to open in second quarter 2025, with completion expected in early 2026.
