KYLE – Arden at Kohler’s Crossing, a new apartment complex at 19500 I-35, is nearing completion.
The 262-unit gated apartment complex will have studio and one- and two-bedroom floor plans equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, smart locks, and smart thermostats.
Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool and sundeck, fitness center, pickleball court, billiards lounge, business center, and electric vehicle charging stations.
The project is being developed by Kalterra Capital Partners LLC.
