WACO – Construction of Waco Family Medicine’s new 142,000-sf headquarters at 1600 Providence Dr. is moving along as scheduled. Providers should be able to move in June 26.
The new complex will provide medical and dental services, along with radiology, pharmacy, mental health counseling, and a variety of wrap-around services.
The Madison Cooper Community Clinic building will be repurposed for office space, while the current Waco Family Medicine Central building and attached outpatient clinic will be torn down.
The Waco community has raised roughly $51.5 million to cover construction and new equipment costs for the project.
The Beck Group is the project’s contractor.
