DALLAS – A 35-story residential high-rise is being planned downtown near Plaza of the Americas.
Located at 711 North Pearl St., the tower will have 370 units with studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, eight penthouses, and a 515-space, seven-level parking garage.
The one-acre project will also have 8,660 sf of ground-floor retail, pool, fitness center, coworking space, makers studio, and lounge.
Construction begins later this year and will be completed in 2026.
Swiss investment firm Empira Group is the developer.
