NEW BRAUNFELS – Bakke Development Corp. and Batson-Cook Development Co. have broken ground on a 987-unit self-storage facility on I-35.
The four-story building on the 1.8-acre site will have 104,875 sf of climate-controlled space.
Project partners include Alamo Architects, civil engineer INK Civil, general contractor Independent Contractors, and construction lender Frost Bank.
Completion is slated for first quarter 2025.
