PEARLAND – Ivy Lofts, a 335-unit multifamily development, is underway in the 42-acre Ivy District.
The apartment complex will have studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom units. It will also have 10,707 sf of ground-level retail space that is expected to be completed in August.
Leasing begins this summer.
