BROWNSVILLE – SpaceX is planning to build a $100 million office and industrial factory that could fit 15 football fields.
SpaceX Starbase Office will be at 52190 San Martin Blvd., according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records. The location is at the SpaceX launch facility on Boca Chica Beach.
The scope of work includes five levels of office mezzanine, as an addition to an approximately one million-sf “special use industrial factory.”
The start date for the project is listed as Feb. 23, with a completion date of Jan. 1, 2025.
