DeSOTO – A 40-year-old shopping center on I-35 has changed hands.
The Crossing at Pleasant Run is 98 percent leased including anchors Kroger and Ross Dress for Less. The 195,000-sf retail center was purchased by Corsair Property Co.
The sale was financed by North Dallas Bank & Trust and brokered by Bryne & Co.
Corsair Property owns 700,000 sf across eight Texas shopping centers, including the Mockingbird Central shopping center in Dallas.
