Located at 2800 Skyline Dr., the warehouse will house solar energy firm Canadian Solar.
JLL Capital Markets arranged the financing for the joint venture equity partnership.
Developer Capstar Real Estate Advisors also owns a 91-acre manufacturing plant leased by Canadian Solar.
