DICKINSON – Newfound Partners is developing a $75 million mixed-use project on 27 acres on the southwest corner of FM 217 and FM 646.
Parkview will consist of a 12,000-sf retail center with two or three pad sites, a garden-style apartment complex, and a five-acre public park facing Dickinson Bayou.
The apartment complex will have ten to 13 three-story red-brick buildings with 300 to 400 one- and two-bedroom units ranging from roughly 700 to 1,200 sf.
Residents will have walking access to the park, which will be turned over to the city on completion.
Construction is expected to begin mid-2024 and take two years to complete.
