SAN ANTONIO – Worth & Associates has completed Inwood Village II, a 74,265-sf office building at 2806 W. Bitters Rd.
The property has 13 move-in-ready suites starting at 1,260 sf, as well as two customizable shell spaces starting at 7,900 sf.
Worth is offering incentives including furniture and moving allowances to help lease up the property. Currently, rent prices are $26.25 triple net for the shell spaces and $38.75 modified gross rates for the move-in-ready suites, where costs are split between landlord and tenant.
The developer has already moved in its anchor tenant, KCI Technologies, a tech firm occupying a 23,000-sf space. The tenant was represented by CBRE.
Worth also leased nearly 5,000 sf to Fidelity Title, which was represented by Endura Advisory Group.
Kopplow Construction was the general contractor, Chesney Morales Partners the architect, Rialto Studio landscape architect, and Insite the designer.
