SAN ANTONIO – Figurd, a local developer spearheaded by Pegy Brimhall, is breaking ground on Pine Street Apartments at the intersection of Pine St. and Carson St.
The 21-unit, market-rate project has two- and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,250 sf.
Pine Street Apartments begins construction this month, with plans for a 14-month turnaround time. Leasing activity is projected to begin within ten months.
