DALLAS – A 17-story luxury condominium broke ground in Turtle Creek and will open in 24 months.
Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek will have 46 $3 million condominiums, rooftop swimming pool and lounge, landscaped garden, fitness center, library, private dining room, dog park, and ground-floor lounge.
The Rosewood Hotel Group partnered with One Turtle Creek on the project. Chicago-based Lucien Lagrange and New York-based Dan Fink Studios are partnering as the project designers. Sotheby’s International is managing sales.
