FULSHEAR – SurePoint Development has agreed to acquire a 651-unit facility that is under construction at the intersection of Texas Heritage Pkwy. and FM 1093.
The single-story facility will span 83,000 net rentable sf of predominantly climate-controlled space.
Completion is slated for next spring.
