SPICEWOOD – The first phase of a 2,200-acre master-planned community taking shape in what will be known as Loraloma.
Loraloma will consist of around 450 to 480 lots on 1,300 acres.
Lot types will include cottages, estates, villas, and custom lots where buyers can bring in their own architects. Units will start at 5,000 sf with two to five bedrooms and are expected to begin in the upper $1 million range.
The development will have a park called Limestone Gulch featuring swimming holes, fishing ponds, barns, dance hall, and amphitheater, as well as an 18-hole golf course with clubhouse, fitness area, spa, and 40 miles of trail network.
Construction will start at the beginning of 2024.
