SAN ANTONIO – Dallas-based CyrusOne is preparing to break ground on a 279,730-sf data center at the former Texas Research and Technology Foundation campus.
Plans include a two-story center and an office building at 14815 Omicron Drive. Site plans dub the buildings as SAT 8 and 9.
In September, the firm acquired more than 25 acres nearby at 15355 Lambda Dr. for the construction of two data centers, designated SAT10 and SAT11.
Construction is expected to finish by the end of 2025, according to the filing.
