AUSTIN – The first 50 homesites have been sold at Travis Club, an incoming luxury neighborhood on over a thousand acres on Lake Travis.
The resort-style community is being developed by Menlo Park, Haas & Haynie Corp., and Castle Hill Partners Inc.
When completed, Travis Club will have 274 single-family lots and 223 villa units. Lots are starting at $775,000 and range from half an acre to roughly three acres.
The community will include an 18-hole golf course, more than 10,000 linear ft of waterfront property, club campus, and more than 30 miles of hiking and biking trails.
Phase I construction (106 homesites) is scheduled to begin this quarter, with golf course construction starting in spring of 2024.
Hart Howerton is planning landscape design, along with Beau Welling Design, a golf course architecture firm.
