HOUSTON – Two new leases totaling nearly 100,000 sf have brought Hines’ Texas Tower to 80 percent occupancy.
Clifford Chance has signed a 60,400-sf lease across two floors in the 47-story, one million-sf tower at 845 Texas Ave.
Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, meanwhile, has leased 37,600 sf in the tower.
Clifford Chance was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in lease negotiations. Morgan Stanley was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.
