HOUSTON – Group 1 Automotive has signed a 45,330-sf lease at Town Centre Two, a 167,141-sf building that is under construction at 730 Town & Country Blvd.
Town Centre Two, which is scheduled to be complete before the end of the year, is now 68 percent leased.
The landlord, Moody Rambin, was represented internally, while Newmark represented the tenant.
