DALLAS – A $52 million laboratory will begin construction in late December as Dallas County Health and Human Services’ (HHS) new location.
Located at 1410 W. Mockingbird Ln., the 65,040-sf property will be completed in August 2025. It will accommodate growing demands and mitigate maintenance expenses for HHS.
Page Southerland Page is designing the facility. Beck Construction is the contractor. Amber Infrastructure Group and Integrated Project solutions will oversee the property.
The project was financed through the American Rescue Plan Act’s State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds program.
