SAN ANTONIO – Air Force Federal Credit Union (AFFCU) has announced plans to move into Trinity Plaza I at 750 E. Mulberry St.
Trinity Plaza’s current tenants will vacate the property over the next 18 months, at which point interior and exterior renovation work will be done in anticipation of AFFCU’s early 2025 move-in.
Lease terms were not disclosed, but rental estimates by real estate data firm CoStar Group put current gross rental rates for Trinity Plaza I between $28 and $34 per sf.
