KATY – The second development at the Katy Boardwalk is now underway.
Pelican Ridge Investments has started construction on Katy Offices at the Boardwalk, an office condominium complex consisting of 14 6,500-sf buildings on seven acres at 25307 Kingsland Blvd.
More than 75 percent of the project is already sold, with 21,450 sf remaining—all two-story units.
Companies will occupy anywhere from one office space, starting at 1,225 sf, to whole buildings.
Delivery is slated for next year.
