FORT WORTH – Two companies will be occupying two speculative warehouses in the DFW Point35 business park off Harmon Rd. The buildings total 486,000 sf.
Located at 2201 Stonemont Way, the first warehouse (218,000 sf) was sold to Illinois-based logistics firm Dot Foods. It will be occupied by its subsidiary, OmniCable.
The 267,000-sf second building was leased to a Singapore-based global tire manufacturing and distribution company, Giti Tire USA.
Atlanta-based Stonemont Financial Group developed the industrial campus as well as the two buildings. The warehouses have not completed construction.
CBRE Group brokered the sale with Dot Foods, and Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Giti Tire.
