Nebraskan firm building mixed-use development in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH – The cultural district is getting a $100 million mixed-used development in 2027.

The One University project on University Dr. will have 195,000 sf of office space (including a nine-story tower), 20,000 sf of retail, 466 apartments, a 175-room hotel, and two parking garages.

Construction begins in March 2024.

Omaha-based Goldenrod Cos. is the developer. Merriman Anderson Architects is the designer. 

The city is providing $30 million in incentives.​
