BOERNE – Houston-based Allen Harrison Co. is plotting a new apartment complex in a 12-acre, master-planned community called Lemon Creek Ranch.
The multifamily project will have 349 units spanning six three-story buildings. Amenities will include a pool, beer garden, community courtyard, dog park, 24-hour fitness center, and resident clubhouse.
Valcor, the master-plan developer, will set aside approximately 25 acres for parks.
Apartment construction starts sometime in the next 12 months, with first units delivering in 2025. Allen Harrison will serve as both developer and general contractor.
