DALLAS – A 566,000-sf industrial business park in Southlake will break ground next year.
Located off Ira Woods Ave., the $38 million business park will have four buildings. The first begins construction in March. The project will open in late 2024.
Constellation Real Estate Partners is the developer. Meinhardt & Associates Architects is designing it.
