SAGINAW – Alpine Start Development is building the 261-unit Range West apartments on 11 acres north of Fort Worth. Construction will finish in mid-2025.
The complex will have a resort-style pool, fitness center, pickleball court, and dog park. A portion of the units will be set aside as income-restricted rentals.
Alpine is developing the project along with three other apartments in DFW and Austin totaling 875 units in the last 18 months.
