AUSTIN – Austin-based Riverside Resources purchased a Clarksville retail property, adding to its West Sixth Street portfolio.
The 51,392-sf property has a parking lot and is within walking distance of Sixth&Blanco, Riverside’s planned redevelopment of a section of West Sixth Street into a five-story, mixed-use building.
The combined 1.7 acres at 1214 and 1312 W Sixth St. were most recently appraised at a combined $16.1 million.
CBRE represented the seller, a joint venture between Stonelake Capital Partners and Schlosser Development.
