The eight-story One Legacy Circle at 7500 Dallas Pkwy. is 70 percent leased. Tenants include Morgan Stanley, Bread Financial, and TBX Employee Benefits.
Built in 2008, the $55 million tower has been owned by Franklin Street Partners since 2011. It was sold to a real estate partnership represented by Gildenson Real Estate with financing by Oklahoma-based Liberty National Bank and marketing by CBRE Group.
