SAN ANTONIO – The Historic and Design Review Commission has approved the Coopers Row North and Rivercamp Lofts multifamily projects from Oxbow Development Group and AREA Real Estate LLC, respectively.
Coopers Row North will add 75 units to the Tobin Hill neighborhood, while Rivercamp Lofts would put 204 units in the Southtown area.
Oxbow’s six-story Coopers Row North building will be an extension of the Coopers Row mixed-use development currently under construction.
Construction starts in 2024, targeting a 2026 finish.
W Partnership and Don McDonald Architects are on the design team.
The Rivercamp Lofts project at 410 Probandt St. consists of a four-story, 245,000-sf main building with 3,000 sf of retail space and approximately 270 parking spaces.
Construction is expected to kick off in the spring and wrap up by the end of 2025.
Humphreys & Partners Architects is leading the design effort.
