HOUSTON – Audubon Engineering has signed a nearly 72,000-sf lease at 3505 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. N. for its new headquarters.
Built in 2013, the four-story building has a full-service café, fitness center, and outdoor courtyard with seating.
Newmark represented the tenant while CBRE represented the landlord, Azrieli Group.
