GEORGETOWN – ZT Systems, a computer server manufacturer, has announced they are building a 430,000-sf manufacturing facility in the 146-acre NorthPark35 industrial development.
NorthPark35 is at the intersection of I-35 and SH 130. Other tenants include Texas Speed & Performance, The Greater Austin Merchants Cooperative Association, and Aeronet.
The facility will create up to 1,500 high-tech jobs when it reaches full capacity in 2024.
