The 331-unit Diamond Flats at 1402 Carrollton Pkwy. and SH 121 will have coworking space, a fitness center, resort-style pool, game room, and secured parking garage.
Cleveland-based NRP Group and Miami-based H.I.G. Realty Partners are partnering on the development with financing from Santander Bank.
