DALLAS – A 200,000-sf retail center was approved for rezoning to add apartments.
The Hill retail center will break ground on the $66 million rental community in March and open in 2025. The eight-story apartment building will include a seven-story parking garage. The property is planned to be a walkable mixed-use development.
Owner North Carolina-based Asana Partners is working with apartment builder Mill Creek Residential and designer WDG Architecture on the project.
