MIDLAND – Boot Lake Ranch Property Owner LLC has submitted plans for a new retail and event center at the Nueva Vista Golf Club.
The center, which will include dining options, shopping opportunities, and a waterfront area, is expected to bring over 100 new jobs and property tax benefits.
The site could ultimately span 300,000 sf and incorporate restaurants, retail stores, office buildings, and other commercial spaces.
The Midland Times reports that those involved with the project are hoping for completion by 2027.
