DALLAS – A warehouse project will begin construction on 17 acres near the DFW International Airport in March 2024.
New York-based global investor GTIS Partners acquired the land near SH 141 to build a 272,000-sf Class A warehouse.
The property is one of the last industrial development sites in the area.
GTIS has $1 billion in industrial buildings and manages $4.5 billion in assets with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Charlotte, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Germany, and Brazil.
