GARLAND – A $64 million apartment project has broken ground beside DART’s Lake Ray Hubbard Transit Center. It will open in late 2024.
Located on Greenbelt Pkwy. near I-30, the 340-unit Lofts iThirty will have five four-story buildings, two resort-style pools, pet spa, park, game room, coffee bar, remote-work areas, outdoor kitchens, and two 24-hour fitness centers.
Anthem Development, a subsidiary of Beck Ventures, is the developer. Nova Capital arranged financing through Bank OZK.
