FORT WORTH – North Texas homebuilder D.R. Horton purchased 151 acres from global investment and management firm Walton Global for a residential development to be built in four phases.
Longhorn Estates at West Cleburn Crowley Rd. and South Hulen St.will have 1,000 single-family homes. The homes will be available in late 2024.
Two commercial sites are also available on the property.
