DALLAS – Four Rivers Capital has purchased a 150,000-sf shopping center on the Dallas North Tollway.
Previously anchored by Bed, Bath & Beyond and Buy, Buy Baby (both have since gone bankrupt and shut down), the retail center is 50 percent leased.
The 12-acre property may be redeveloped as the surrounding area sees new apartments, hotels, and retail construction projects.
