WALLER COUNTY – Elin Energy has signed a lease for a 225,000-sf industrial facility at 2270 Twinwood Pkwy. in the Twinwood Business Park.
Elin will install new manufacturing equipment in the facility over the next ten years at an estimated cost of $35 million.
The manufacturer is expected to move in by early next year.
