The community has one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 760 to 1,230 sf, and cottages ranging from 900 to 1,200 sf.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, library, theater room, arts and crafts room, gaming area, and dog park.
Monthly rents start at $1,500 for a one-bedroom unit.
