DALLAS – An apartment project has broken ground on a one-block property that was vacant for a decade.
The Flynn at Live Oak along Live Oak St. and Bennett Ave. will have five stories, 327 units, coworking space with private offices, grab-n-go mini-mart, and dog park. It will open in spring 2025.
Chicago-based Conor Commercial Real Estate is the developer along with Globe Corp. and Origin Investments.
Merriman Anderson Architects is the designer. Cadence McShane Construction is the general contractor.
Financing is from Wintrust Bank. JLL arranged the funding.
