WHITE SETTLEMENT – A commercial real estate firm has acquired 12 acres for a business park. Construction begins later this year and will finish in third quarter 2024.
Located at 724 W. Jim Wright Fwy., the 140,000-sf West Loop Business Park will have 14 modern buildings with shallow-bay flex space.
The building units will range from 975 to 1,950 sf with 12×14 grade-level overhead doors, storefront glass entries, and clear span warehouses, as well as site lighting, security fencing, and water-conservation technologies.
Street Realty purchased the land with financing from FirstBank Southwest.
