Plano shopping mall redevelopment yields mixed-use

​PLANO – A former shopping center at US 75 and Spring Creek Pkwy. has reopened as mixed-use space.

Formerly the 300,000-sf Plano Market Square Mall, Assembly Park consists of 180,000 sf of office space, 17,000 sf of retail and restaurants, and a 305-unit apartment called Annabel. 

The site also has outdoor spaces and pedestrian trails. 

Construction on the apartments will finish in December.

Triten Real Estate Partners acquired the property in 2021. The redevelopment was designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and GFF.​​
