IRVING – A $180 million data center project is planned for the Las Colinas business district.
Located near SH 114, the building will add 264,400 sf to the 50-acre development. It will open in late 2025.
Kansas-based QTS Realty Trust is the developer. Corgan is the designer.
The Las Colinas campus will have two million sf when completed, making it one of the largest data center complexes in North Texas.
