HOUSTON – Parkway has acquired two office campuses totaling nearly three million sf.
Developed by Hines between 1975 and 1981, Post Oak Central is a three-building development along Post Oak Blvd. It has 1.2 million sf of office space and 90,000 sf of pedestrian-oriented retail.
The 24-story Post Oak Central I (2000 Post Oak Blvd.) has 427,495 sf of office space and an average floor size of 17,148 sf.
Post Oak Central II, which also stands 24 stories tall, has 470,289 sf of office space. The building is at 1980 Post Oak Blvd. and has an average floor size of 18,079.
Post Oak Central III (1990 Post Oak Blvd.) has 469,718 sf spread across 24 floors. The building has an average floor size of 18,183.
CityWestPlace is a 39-acre campus just off the Sam Houston Tollway. It was built between 1993 and 2001. It encompasses four buildings with a total of 1.4 million net rentable sf, as well as four structured parking garages with ground-floor amenities.
CityWestPlace One (2101 CityWest Blvd.) consists of 305,838 sf spread across six floors.
The 20-story CityWestPlace Two (2107 CityWest Blvd.) has a total of 443,551 sf.
CityWestPlace Three (2105 CityWest Blvd.) stands nine stories tall and has a total of 204,893 sf.
At 21-stories, CityWestPlace Four has a total of 518,907 rentable sf. It is at 2103 CityWest Blvd.
The campus also includes outdoor space, water features, on-site conference space, multiple food and beverage options, two fitness centers, trails, jogging track, and sports fields.
