MESQUITE, GRAND PRAIRIE – After taking a break from buying local properties, S2 Capital has purchased two North Texas apartment complexes.
S2 Capital acquired Falltree, a rental community at 19200 Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy. in Mesquite. The 126-unit complex will get new interiors, a renovated clubhouse and swimming pools, new balconies and patio enclosures, paint, and landscaping.
The second property, Silverbrook, is at 2934 Alouette Dr. in Grand Prairie. The 642-unit community will also have renovations including a clubhouse, pickleball courts, a dog park, and a swimming pool area.
CBRE Group brokered the sales and secured financing. S2 Capital has properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas totaling $10 billion in transactions.
